Completely nestled in the vineyards of the Anjou region, the property is set in over 3500m² of land.

The large courtyard creates somewhat of an inner sanctum between the 2 houses, as the property is situated inwards on itself, and is secluded from the road and neighbouring houses.

The main gate faces north with a view of vineyards and an un-obliterated panorama of the countryside.

The developed and picturesque semi - walled garden includes fruit and scented flowering trees, extensive roses and lilac, box hedges, various shrubs, and unique and regional flowers and plants.
As it has mainly southern exposure, it gets light throughout the day.

There are over 10 caves, the largest measuring approx. 40 meters in length - as this was a former wine producing estate, and still has the original wine press. The other smaller caves date back as early as the 12th century, one of which contains a working bread oven. There is a stairway leading up towards a terraced garden revealing even more caves.
