The rainwater from the barn is collected by a huge iron tank estimated to hold 100,000 litres. Attached to the tank is a stone tub equipped with faucet, so it proves most useful and economical to use rainwater in the summer for watering the garden.
The barn has more than sufficient potential to create additional living / work space and could also provide ideal cover for an indoor / outdoor swimming pool.
